We are absolutely thrilled to share the exciting news that we will be embarking on a magical journey to Alaska in August aboard Koningsdam with Holland America Line. Our seven-day adventure from Vancouver, Canada promises to be filled with exploration of dynamic glaciers, majestic peaks, and the rich history of the 49th state.
During our visit to Glacier Bay National Park, get ready for the awe-inspiring experience of witnessing ice calving, also known as “white thunder”, and immersing ourselves in the enchanting icy world. Keep your eyes peeled for salmon, wild bears, and the breathtaking beauty that surrounds us.
Our itinerary will also include stops in Skagway, Ketchikan, and Juneau, where we will have the opportunity to discover the wonders of Alaska by air, land, and sea.
Koningsdam, a part of Holland America's pinnacle class, is a near identical sister to the Nieuw Statendam and Queen Anne, ships that we had the pleasure of visiting earlier this year.
