Uber?

No - but you can easily hail a cab from the port. Remember to agree a price before jumping in! Most Taxi's are cash only.

Currency?

US dollars are widely accepted - ATMs are available in port or you can pay with card. Most resort hotels also have ATMs

Dock Side?

The port of George Town is a tender port, now who doesn't like a tender?! They dock right into the heart of the  of the capital. Just remember to allow time to get back to the ship before "all on board".
