Ketchikan
Ketchikan, Alaska—where the salmon splash around and the spirit of the Last Frontier is felt everywhere you go! This lively fishing town and Native Alaskan trading post has a history that’s as colorful as its waters. We took a quick stroll along the Salmon Walk, chatting as we watched salmon jumping upstream—it’s like nature’s own performance! Then, we explored the charming Creek Street, a former red-light district that’s now bursting with cute shops and art galleries, adding a fun twist to our day. We couldn’t resist trying some fresh salmon and topped it off with delicious fish and chips at The Fish House, right on the waterfront, where seaplanes zoomed off for their own Alaskan adventures. In Ketchikan, it’s all about soaking up the town’s rugged charm, one tasty bite and one gorgeous view at a time!
